 One final round of severe weather yesterday early afternoon, then moderate to heavy rain fell for hours, tapering off after midnight. 4 day total since Wednesday night is 11.23". Flooding in the Memphis area was probably the worst in at least 10 years with many streets impassable, local rivers/tributaries over their banks, and standing water in places it sometimes does not accumulate.
